I was able to keep my appointment and keep working! I have found Jeff Wyler to be trustworthy and they never surprise me with "critical" work they needs to be done that I have never heard of. I don't know cars and thankfully they don't take advantage of that fact. Highly recommend the company and service advisor Henderson. More

Absolutely Awesome Chris Stouder was absolutely awesome. I test drove a 2007 CRV. Loved it. On that test drive Chris and I shared a bit about each other. I was impressed to hear that he thinks alot like me. He considers Jeff Wyler and all the employees of Jeff Wyler his family. He is happy and at home while at work. He told me that the finance company didn't want work with me on the 2007 and brought up a 2009. Chris could tell that I didn't want the 2009 and that I probably would not want it. Now I spent hour's there with Chris racking the old noodle in trying to find a way for me to get what I wanted, So after a few more hour's Chris came to me with a smile on his face and I left with what I wanted, Not what the finance company wanted. All this was achieved with alot of talking, walking back and forth to the sales manager which spent alot of his time with the finance company on my behalf. I started out working with Scott and when the car came into the dealership that I just had to have, he was on vacation. Chris kindly stepped in to take care of us for Scott. He is a great guy.
