As I walked onto the lot, I fully expected the traditional pushy, aggressive dealer experience. At Jeff Wyler Honda, that was not at all what I walked into. I was greeted casually and without any of the pressure I had encountered at other dealerships. From there, the experience was laid back. I had been emailing Paul Isaacs for a few weeks, and he exceed my customer service expectations. On the lot that day my rep was Casey Shockley. He was very easy going, kind, honest, and I felt more like I was talking to a friend than a car salesman. He changed my mind about big dealership expectations, and I ended up in the exact car I wanted with a fair price. Everyone I dealt with that day , from Casey to the finance team, was helpful, honest, and kind. I was so pleasantly surprised. He was very friendly, helpful and not at all pushy or aggressive. As I narrowed my car choices, he suggested an appointment . Miguel showed me the CRV inventory and helped me narrow my choice, then assisted with the purchase process. Afterwards he spent at least a half an hour showing me all the bells and whistles my new car, and I will gladly recommend your dealership and Miguel to friends looking for cars.
