Great service, no pressure! We were looking to finally replace Frank, our 2000 Passat. After looking at internet deals, we called another dealership, and as expected the deal was We were looking to finally replace Frank, our 2000 Passat. Frustrated, my wife and I pulled in next door to Jeff Wyler Honda, parked, and stepped out of the car. Shawn walked up to meet us and asked what he could do for us. We explained that we saw a deal on the company website. He was knowledgeable about the special and said he had several vehicles on the lot to look at. after test driving a couple we decided on the Accord and I asked him what all would be added on to the special price. He said that the price as advertised included everything. Expecting the sales manager to come out and explain that Shawn had been mistaken and there would be additional charges, the papers were presented for us to sign, and the price was actually lower than quoted. After my wife picked me up off the showroom floor, we signed, the paperwork, Shawn handed us the keys and stepped us through the audio set up and other features of the car, and we were on our way. No hassle, no hustle, no haggle, just a good buying experience. More

Since a service department is only as good as the people working within, the men and women of this service area most be excellent. I'd like to give a special thanks to Henderson Lewis. Not only has he personally helped me with problems and fixes here Florence, there have been several times he's given me help when traveling.
