Very Helpful Staff and LOVE my new Pilot! I placed an inquiry online about the Pilot and Justin replied right away and we scheduled an appointment. He was not available that day but Shawn was. I was concerned that the SUV wouldn't be big enough for 4 kids (1 teenager and 3 tall boys ages 11-7). It really does fit them all! Shawn was great with the kids and found us the perfect Pilot for my family. We were there after closing with the Finance guy (I am sorry can't remember his name but he was great too!). All the accessories (tow hitch and mats) were in stock so by the next day everything was ready for pick up. In 2014 and 2017. Thomas is very attentive to my questions and has such attention to the details of my needs. I am very happy to be driving a 2017 Civic LX. It is like my 1987 Honda Accord. Just the size I like. Thomas even made an appointment for my car in the next 4 months. He did wants everything to be in place ready to go. Thomas speaks in a very calm and clear way.
