Happened to be in the Florence area and stopped in to Wyler Honda where we met Brenda. She was very attentive and knew her vehicles. We never once felt pressured to buy and we were able to close a better deal than mentioned earlier. Wyler did not have our particular vehicle on the lot so Brenda sourced for us. Shawn McGreevy the BEST! My husband and I was on a mission to get the best for our hard earned dollar. After scheduling a test drive over the internet with Jennifer she was no My husband and I was on a mission to get the best for our hard earned dollar. After scheduling a test drive over the internet with Jennifer she was not available when we arrived. Therefore we were greeted by Shawn, Jennifer's true friend! Immediately my husband and I could tell he was down to earth and not pushy. After driving a few cars they had on the lot we were not finding everything we wanted in options, the right year or the right color. I showed Shawn the car I found at a different Jeff Wyler dealership in Louisville. He said I can get that here for you if you like. After a long night we agreed to a payment and agreed they would get the car and hold for 24 hrs so we could test drive and determine if the car was for us (had to in order for them to retrieve the car). The next day Shawn had the day off but agreed to meet us so we could test drive the car delivered from Louisville. It could not have been more perfect! Right year, right color and all the extra options we wanted plus some. Shawn on his day off, took the time to show us how everything worked not pushing us to hurry or trying to get out of there so he could get home to his family. He even had the option of asking Jennifer to seal this deal since she was the original sales person first in contact with me but he didn't. He truly went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. A few days went by and the car was not driven, I went to leave and the tire pressure light was on. This was on a Sunday and their service department is not open. I called Shawn with a few questions and he asked me to stop by. He not only went over a few things that I had forgotten how to do, but he took me to the gas station and filled my tires up. He showed me how to reset the car so the tire pressure sign was gone. After he did that he told me he had the day off again but wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He was not only an Awesome salesperson but I truly feel like my husband and I found a friend! Shawn thank you for everything, everything happens for a reason!!! We will be back! We will encourage friends and family as well! Thank you everyone there at Honda that made this happen for us! More

Keith Ford immediately got back to me, shared all the information I needed, and worked hard to ensure he understood my complete needs and satisfy them thoroughly. He even took personal video of the vehicles on the inventory on their lot and sent them to me: that was unexpected and a strong effort! I could go on and on, but in short, I appreciated his professionalism, extensive effort to understand my needs and how to serve me, positive spirit, and built trust and a relationship beyond the sale. Keith has a special way of connecting with people and works hard on the front end to build that trust where it's not already earned. This is a similar experience I had with all those at the Jeff Wyler Florence dealership from the Business Manager (Rick), Finance Manager (Tim), and the Service Professional (Henderson).....who I had to see the second day I owned the car due to hitting a pot hole that left me with a flat tire....the luck! Henderson has the same car I purchased and he shared with me some pointers and all the cool things he's been able to do to his Civic. So cool to see a Honda employee personally investing in the product they sell and how fired up he is about his vehicle! All team members are fantastic, humble, and genuine people.....Honda gives them the best product in the industry to offer.....Jeff Wyler Florence will just service the heck out of you......and the people make the difference.
