Unique situation I had a unique situation as my driver's side door mirror was starting to crack from no apparent damage and typically Honda's bumper to bumper doesn't I had a unique situation as my driver's side door mirror was starting to crack from no apparent damage and typically Honda's bumper to bumper doesn't cover it. With that said, the Service Manager informed my service advisor that Jeff Wyler would indeed cover the cost of the part and labor as a "good will" towards me as I just purchased the car in November 2016. I really appreciate Jeff Wyler stepping up and standing behind their cars. This type of service is rare in the automotive industry and it will not be forgotten when it comes to referring friends & family on what Honda dealership to buy a vehicle or get service from and for my future car needs. Great Car Buying Experience I was in need of a newer vehicle that could handle long trips, inclement weather and just every day needs. For nearly 3 weeks, I visited every local I was in need of a newer vehicle that could handle long trips, inclement weather and just every day needs. For nearly 3 weeks, I visited every local dealer in the Florence area and test drove many many used and new vehicles. Using the same route that included sharp turns, hills, open spaces, etc to ensure I could make a precise decision on which vehicle drove the best. In the end, I decided on a new 2017 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD and I could not be happier. This vehicle got a nice overhaul from previous CR-V models. Honda did an amazing job with it. The drive is incredibly quiet. The comfort level is unmatched with any in its class. It has all the safety features and technology you would expect in a 2017 vehicle. There is a great amount of space throughout the vehicle. The CR-V does use a CVT. I know there are some hard opinions about them. The CVT in this vehicle works exceptionally well and keeps the drive smooth both in the city and on the interstate. I was a skeptic initially but after my test drive and comparison with many other vehicles, I felt this actually made the driving experience better. This trim does come with built in Navigation as well as Apple Car Play (I'm 110% an apple fan...hate android), although for anyone who does have an android they have its equivalent as well. Even though it had Apple Car Play, I went ahead and got the CR-V with the built in Navigation as well. Honda revamped the dash (look on the internet for pictures - it's great!). It has a much larger screen. The system they use is very user friendly to figure out. The navigation works great. Very impressive. Although if I ever want to, I can use my maps through my phone too. Jeff Wyler has been around for as long as I can remember. I've never met the man, but his Honda dealership in Florence is fantastic. Everyone is friendly. Soon as you walk in, you feel welcomed. No one we talked and worked with put any kind of pressure on me. They allowed me to come to my own conclusions. They asked me what it was I was wanting out of my shopping experience and worked with me (on literally multiple trips as I went around dealerships) and showed me all the options available to me based on my criteria. This exceptional customer service went a very long way in my decision to choose Jeff Wyler Honda. I am very proud of my decision purchase. I take pride in my Honda and will absolutely share my car buying experience with friends and family. If you are in a similar situation as I have described above; by all means make your rounds around the various dealerships and then visit this dealership. You'll be glad you did. More

Love my CRV I loved my CRV so much that I came back to Jeff Wyler when it was time for a new one.
