Buy here if you want to pay way more than you should. I have purchased multiple Hondas from this dealership over the last 20 years but I will not be coming back. I stopped in on Friday to try and get an idea of what I would be looking to pay for a new Honda Pilot Touring Edition. This would have been my third Pilot had things gone well. Having dealt with this dealership on multiple purchases over the years I've witnessed a pattern of them selling at or near sticker price on their new cars and then "dinging" or "low balling" you on your trade in. The salesperson Migel proposed during the test drive how they really can't discount on the new cars but they usually make it up by giving more on a Honda trade in since they are a Honda dealership. This was false. They came in a full $2000-$3000 lower on the offer for my 2011 Honda Pilot Touring Edition than 2 other Toyota dealerships selling their new cars at invoice (hello, that's opposite of sticker). So much for taking care of repeat customers. The management here only cares about high gross profit margins on the new car they sell you and then once they rob you of your trade in they'll flip it for another high margin. Now they've made gigantic profit margins twice at your expense. If you want a terrible deal on a car then by all means shop here. More

I received a great internet price for the car I wanted so I drove 3 hours I chose this dealership because of it's reviews online from other customers. I received a great internet price for the car I wanted so I drove 3 hours to the dealership the next morning to test drive the car. Bud my internet salesman had the car ready for me to test drive and did an excellent job explaining the car's features. Bud was a great salesman to deal with because he was not pushy in any way. He presented information about the car, answered all my questions and then let me make my decision. I wish they were located closer to my home so I could see if their service department lived up to my sales experience. More
