I walked in wanting a Ford and drove out loving my Honda. I was in the market for a Ford Edge and saw on the Wyler website that there was one available at the Colerain Avenue location. I requested more information via the site and was called by Mr. Moran. He happened to be at the Florence location which is more convenient for me, since I am in Hebron. I am a "challenge" credit wise, so I was in doubt about getting any vehicle but Mike made it happen. I've already told several co-workers, the security guards at work, and neighbors about the great experience I had at the Florence Honda dealership and with Mike. I will use the advise I got from the Finance department and plan to upgrade as time goes on. They have a customer for life. More
2nd car bought here I looked online at a few used cars. Asked a question on one and with in a few minutes I received a call from a manager Kathy. She was so sweet. I told her I was interested in bringing my son out to look at getting a used car. Told hereporters my wants and not wants and in minutes I was contacted by Shawn who sent several to look at. Set up a time to come in was met outside by Shawn who introduced me to Kathy. Immediately we took off to look at cars. Picked one drive it and yes he came home in it. They are all so nice and polite and really make you feel special. This was my sons 1st purchase and I'm so glad it was a positive interaction. Now he knows Owsley where to go ND who to deal with. This is our 2nd car purchased here. Customers for life!!! Thanks again Satisfied customers and a happy son!!! More

From the moment I pulled on the lot to the moment I pulled out in my new Odyssey, I could not have been more pleased. Part of the reason I needed a new vehicle is because my husband is sick and I needed to be sure to have a reliable vehicle for myself and the kids, and the 10 year old van I was driving was not cutting it any longer. But due to those circumstances, I wasn't the most excited in my search- I had actually cried when I left a different dealership earlier in the evening. But Casey was amazing! He led me directly to what I was looking for, had answers to all my questions, and most importantly, allowed me the time to waiver between vehicles without being pushy. I wanted time to think about my choices and to discuss with my husband and Casey answered my phone calls and responded to my emails- even after hours that night. The vehicle I chose (color and options) wasn't on the lot and Casey and Dan worked hard to find it for me within a very short time the next morning. They worked with me to get the price I was looking for and both of them kept asking if I was happy with my choice and if there was anything else I needed- even after the paperwork was signed. Casey followed up the next day to make sure I was happy with my choice- I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years and no one has EVER done that before!! I never once felt like I was just a "sale" to them and have never been treated so wonderfully by a car dealership before. With everything going on in my life right now, they will never understand just how much that means to me!! Thank you!!! More
Brand New 2016 Honda Civic I had started out going through Tom Judd online with interest in a 2011 Dodge Caliber, from the start of speaking to him I felt comfortable and like h I had started out going through Tom Judd online with interest in a 2011 Dodge Caliber, from the start of speaking to him I felt comfortable and like he understood my situation enough to not act like the typical car salesman most people would expect. It was especially surprising considering I was an 18 year old girl buying from a dealer for the first time, so I could have been easily manipulated. But that wasn't the case. Tom quickly got everything squared away for me and basically a deal in place. Due to personal reasons he was not able to be at the dealership the same day I was, so he referred me to his floor partner Brandon Godsey, another excellent salesman. We took the caliber for a test drive and it seemed to have a brake issue right off the bat (the car was from another dealer but brought to this location for my convenience.. Yet another perk). You could immediately tell Brandon did not want to sell me the car, being I was a young college student and it just didn't seem safe. He soon explained to me that he himself was a father of a teenager so I knew where the concern came in, and it was very appreciated. I ended up leaving the dealership with a brand new 2016 Honda Civic with a total of 4 miles on the odometer. I never thought it'd be possible but he also got me an amazing deal. I couldn't be more thankful for Brandon and Tom as I LOVE my new vehicle. Thanks again guys :) Ps.. My jealous mom is now contacting them looking for a deal just as great. More

He was knowledge but not pushy. He went to the extra trouble to remove a small fingerprint he saw on the window because it wanted the car to be in top condition when we drove off. We did have to wait a little while for the finance department as there was some backlog, but it was worth it. Very happy with our new Odyssey! Our third Honda. More
