My wife and I met Phil in the sales lot , he let us check out the cars on our own after pointing us to the models we were interested in and when we di My wife and I met Phil in the sales lot , he let us check out the cars on our own after pointing us to the models we were interested in and when we did seek out information he knew it all not like other sales guys who are reading it off the sticker. During the test drive (we chose the Civic)he explained and showed us everything about the car , Phil also explained finance options very clearly which opened our eyes to making a decision to lease. I was running late for work so we put a deposit down and came in the next day and drove the car home an hour later , no hassles . We had the pleasure of working with Casey Shockley when we arrived and he made the experience great! We have 2 daughters, ages 8 and 12, and he was so good with them. When we test drove the van he sat in the back with them and pointed out features they would be interested in! Casey was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the van and made sure we knew how everything worked before we left. I've never been a fan of the car buying process, but Casey made the experience worth the 3 hour trip! More
