Broken Promises I love the 2011 Honda CRV I bought at Wylers in Florence. My salesman was great and my car seemed great. I had the promise of a 6 month warranty and I love the 2011 Honda CRV I bought at Wylers in Florence. My salesman was great and my car seemed great. I had the promise of a 6 month warranty and even bought an extended one for $1995.00. It all looked and sounded great but I was soon to find they won't honor their warranties on used cars. I've owned less than 6 months and the catalectic converter went out, there is an oil leak that has covered the front of my motor. They wanted 1900.00 to fix it and my extended warranty won't cover it. After complaining they said they would fix those items for a $1000.00. I priced the parts later at their store. My cost was $136.00 for the oil solenoid pt and $365.00 for the converter. My cost...They wanted around $700.00 labor..My brakes are bad...$70.00 to pull the tires just to check it out...I paid $11.00 for trans fluid I put in ...They did put oil in the noise making rear end and fixed a leak in the power steering yesterday. The service man named Dallas did his very best to help me and I appreciated his manners and skills but his hands were tied on the bigger project. BTW..I had to pay $100.00 deductible on extended contract because Wylers wouldn't cover yesterdays work either..I was still under the 6 month time frame....so they offer empty promises and this isn't over.. Bud Hornsby is the BEST! I was looking for a used car for my daughter.
