Trouble with Car Battery I had trouble with my car battery and I called the service department on a Saturday afternoon. I was stranded nearby and was waiting for someone to j I had trouble with my car battery and I called the service department on a Saturday afternoon. I was stranded nearby and was waiting for someone to jump my battery. Devon informed me that they closed in 20 minutes but assured me that I would be taken care of. Unfortunately, I made it to the service department just as they were closing. They were so professional and took the time to replace me battery under warranty even though they were closed for the day. I don't know what I would have done without their help!
