Consistently good experience getting Civic serviced As always, when I bring my car to Jeff Wyler for routine service, the sales people listen to my concerns about anything else that might be going on wi As always, when I bring my car to Jeff Wyler for routine service, the sales people listen to my concerns about anything else that might be going on with the car, and always address those concerns to the fullest. I brought my 2013 Civic in for tire rotation and oil change, and they were finished in around 45 minutes. The waiting area is comfortable and spacious, and I just can't say enough of how well I am treated when I am there. I just feel good taking my Honda here, knowing that all parts will be Honda parts, and who better to take a Honda to than a Honda service place. More

The salesman we were supposed to see (Casey) got tied up with a previous customer, so Shawn stepped in until Casey was available. Casey was so awesome! He was a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was so easy. I would definitely buy at Jeff Wyler Honda again. More

Good and Bad experiences I have had service here in the past and it was great. Recently however my Oddysey with less than 20k miles was suffering from repeated reboots of t I have had service here in the past and it was great. Recently however my Oddysey with less than 20k miles was suffering from repeated reboots of the nav/radio every 1-2 minutes accompanied by a very loud speaker pop, meaning that Nav, media, radio, bluetooth, etc. are essentially useless and very distracting. I scheduled a service appointment, and the next morning they called and said the reboot was being caused by solar flares, and that the problem should fix itself in a couple days. One week later, the problem still persisted, so I went in for my service appointment thinking it may not have been related to "solar flares" since it was still happening. When I got to the dealership, they said it was due to a satellite and that they could not fix it, and had no updates on when it might be fixed. I expressed my concern that the constant rebooting might be damaging for the system, since every 90-120 seconds the speakers pop loudly, and the entire system suddenly powers off. They said they had no idea if it might damage the system or not, and weren't sure if Honda would cover any damage if it did. I also asked about an extended warranty since my warranty is almost expired, and I am concerned that there is a problem with the GPS and media that they won't fix until possibly after the warranty expires if at all. They offered a third party warranty, but refused to give any significant discount on it. I am awaiting a final outcome before I determine if I will be a future customer of this dealership or of Honda in general, as we also have a 2016 Subaru which has no issues with GPS due to satellites, solar flares, or otherwise. All together a bizarre experience and very disappointing from a company like Honda. More
Great Place! We started out going car shopping and we were not planning on actually purchasing a vehicle at the date. I was trying to make my mind up between a Toyota, Hyundai, and a Honda. We started out at the Honda dealership and the sales consultant, Chad Jasper, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and he was very friendly. He was really easy to talk to and didn't try to harass you to buy the car. Next we tried the Toyota dealership right next to the Honda dealership. Bad idea. First off, the sales consultant was very rude and arrogant. Constantly fought with us over facts and greatly enjoyed telling us how wrong we were. Secondly, he left us to test drive on our own instead of coming along pointing out features. Afterwards we went to Hyundai. Hyundai was a better experience than Toyota. But the sales consultant spent the whole time trying to get us to buy the car instead of telling us key points. His favorite line was, "Yeahhhhh man, she's purty great!". So no question Jeff Wyler Honda was by far the greatest dealership I found on the shopping trip. I wanted a car for college and the new 2016 Honda Civic will be just perfect. The only thing I would suggest is having food available for customers since it took every bit of three hours to finish all the paperwork! Great place and a great sales consultant! Give that man a raise! More

We just purchased our fourth new Honda from Jeff Wyler Honda, Florence, KY.`We've always had a great experience there, but this one was over the top amazing! Corey Wright was the sales person we worked with and we can't say enough about him! He was absolutely amazing to work with - and he "got it"! Our transaction was beyond smooth and was never uncomfortable or overwhelming. It was so simple, we couldn't believe it!! We will absolutely recommend Corey to anyone who asks - we knew exactly what we wanted and he TOTALLY DELIVERED!! He also got us an amazing price for trade-in of our 2012 CR-V. We even had "money left over", after payoff!!!! When it came time to fine tune our financing, David Barnhart was also incredible to work with - and even managed to throw in a couple of "bonus" surprises, which was appreciated very much! He was patient, very knowledgeable and understood exactly how we wanted to handle payoff and the "extra" equity we received from our trade-in. He explained all the details in our paperwork and made sure we were completely satisfied! More
