Thank you for the response. I spoke with the General Manager of the location and he knew exactly what you were talking about. His daughter's vehicle is going through the same thing and she has been bugging him about it as well. He stated that it is a problem with certain models of Pilots and Odysseys as well as certain BMWs, Toyotas and Lexus'. Apparently all of the manufacturers, including Honda, are working on it but none have come up with a solution as of yet. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear and it doesn't fix your problem right now but I wanted to make you aware of what is going on, let you know that you are not alone and that they are working diligently to solve the problem. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention and we hope we can have an answer for you soon.
