My old gal hasn't had any repairs needed for awhile so though while I wasn't expecting so many things needing fixed I felt I was dealt with in a professional manner. Henderson was my service advisor and he explained everything needed in detail and then emailed me a report with everything outlined in specifics. He gave me a timeline for the repairs and followed up when they were done and then re-explained everything that was done. More

Service with no appt. Car wouldn't start. I went to the dealer because my car had failed to start the evening before. I was quickly checked in and the car taken be checked out. They found th I went to the dealer because my car had failed to start the evening before. I was quickly checked in and the car taken be checked out. They found that the battery was weak and replaced it at no charge as the car is still under warranty. I was treated very courteously, directed to have a seat in the waiting area and had a cup of coffee. The service was performed promptly and I went on my way to work. More
Outstanding Service Called Bob since the engine light had come on and the car was running rough. He got me in immediately. The best part, however, was during the diagnostic check, the tech found another problem which could have been a major issue if not corrected and the service was under warranty. More
