Oil Change I had a scheduled oil change visit around Thanksgiving and was surprised that I need a new battery. The car was a 2013 and did not think it should need to be replaced yet. I purchased the car in Dec. 2012. As I was going to be going out of town over the holidays I purchased the battery. The staff is great and this is the only place I go for service, however I will probably purchased my tires somewhere as because your prices are high. More
Excellent and timely service Only had a minor automotive problem---a dead battery that was 2-1/2 years old under a 3 year warranty. Upon arrival at the Service Department entra Only had a minor automotive problem---a dead battery that was 2-1/2 years old under a 3 year warranty. Upon arrival at the Service Department entrance, I was quickly interviewed by Zell. Zell estimated that it would take about 1 hour and 10 minutes to access the battery problem and then the service department would discuss the resolution. In approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes, Zell was handing me my car keys stating that the battery had a bad cell and still under full warranty---a new battery was installed. The waiting are was very nice with free wi-fi, bottled water and coffee. USA Today was also available.. Thanks for making my visit and the battery replacement efficient. John. More
