Great experience Chad was very professional and even came in on his off day to help me! I expressed to him that my last experience at another dealership was terrible and that I never wanted to step foot on a car lot again but he reassured me that he wouldn't take advantage of me or make me feel pressured into anything. Chad laid out all the numbers for me and kept going back to his manager trying to work out numbers that would fit my budget. He was patient with all my questions and my indecisive personality!!! He explained everything in a way that I could understand and took into consideration all of my concerns and priorities. I never once felt pressured into buying my car and that's why I walked out with it the same say day I walked in to look at it. More

Brenda did not pressure me and knew everything about the new vehicle features. She allowed me plenty of room to make up my mind. It's still a little annoying to have the GAP and additional warranty stuff pushed on you when going in for the final talk with the Financial Officer but overall a great experience. Thanks so much! For instance, he spent a long time with me after I bought the car making sure that all of the settings were to my liking-even going so far as to recommend how long my headlights should stay on, plus my interior lights, plus which doors should unlock. All of this was because he was considering my safety. Eric came highly recommended by friends, and I can see why. More

By the end of a very friendly conversation I had the info i needed to move forward with asking him to find our next odyssey. Corey had info back to me the following day and was able to meet all of my wife and my requests. This included lowering our monthly payment and still getting the creature comforts we wanted! This is the second time we have leased with Corey. Picked up the van last Friday and we could not be more pleased with the product and the experience. Well done Corey Wright! Gene Strauss was wonderful. A friend knew I was looking for a new car, She recommended Gene Strauss to me from Jeff Wyler Eastgate Mazda Dealership.. He said he knew friends at the Florence, Ky J.W. Dealership. I told Gene that we tried to negotiate a deal with the Florence store but we were unable to come up with a price that we could agree on. Meanwhile, I had been shopping online and found a much lower price than even AAA Guaranteed rate in a Honda Dealership in Hamilton, OH. Gene told me to text him the lower eprice and to send him the VIN number of the CRV I wanted. Gene personally went to the Florence dealership and asked them to take care of me with the car and price. Shortly after that, Kathy Collier called me and arranged everything Before my husband and I went out there, my original sales person, Eric Simpson, went to the JW Colerain store and picked up the car that I found on the internet. Paperwork was executed and I got my CRV. I am very grateful to Gene Strauss for going out of his way to take care of us. I have been and will keep telling my friends about him.
