Very helpful When I arrived I was helped by Tom Haddigan with looking at a 2012 Jeep compass. Evern though he told me straight up he didn't know much about jeeps When I arrived I was helped by Tom Haddigan with looking at a 2012 Jeep compass. Evern though he told me straight up he didn't know much about jeeps he was still excited to help and learn with me. Unfortunatly the Jeep would be availbe for my current budget, but Dan (I believe) though of a new way to help me. He talked about leasing a new 2015 Honda Civic to help get my credit up, and it was in my budget. However, again bad news was around the corner, they did not approve me for the lease. Dan came back with numbers that were just to far out of my price range. We sat down and talked about what he could do for me for a good 30 minutes. Sadly it was still out of my price range. But Dan did not give up he left one last time and came back and said that he got approval to lease the car for the agreed price, the original price I asked for. Im not much to write reviews but I was so impressed and thankful for everything that Tom, Dan, and the Honda team did for me. If your looking for a car I do suggest visiting this dealership. Ask for Tom, the best thing I loved about him was that he was excited about the cars, and not the sale. Him and I would geek about features and it was fun the entire time. More

poor service The Odyssey had a recall. After the service was performed I was informed there was another recall but in order to perform that service I would need to The Odyssey had a recall. The service reps were condescending as they have been in my dealings with them. I had bought 2 new vehicles from them in the past. I will not buy from them again. More

Great experience My son who is 19 wanted to purchase his first newer car. He had seen a used Honda Civic on the lot and asked me to take him there. I have purchased 6-8 cars from car lots in my lifetime so I know the feeling of doom when you pull in and see the sales people standing out front. Shawn was the first to approach us and we told him what we were looking for. He didn't have the same car my son had first seen so instead of being pressured into a different car Shawn looked on line and found a match in Colerain. He took us to Colerain to see the car and my son did the ultimate test drive by bringing the car back to Florence through Cincinnati rush hour traffic. We got the car he wanted at the price he wanted. I would highly recommend talking to Shawn for your car. More

In addition, this dealership offered me the lowest price of 7 dealerships that called. As long as I live in the Kentucky/Indiana/Ohio area, I will definitely be shopping here again. More

car wash is always closed Went out of my way to stop by today for a car wash at 4:30pm as this was one of the free services and perks Jeff Wyler offered when I bought my car a Went out of my way to stop by today for a car wash at 4:30pm as this was one of the free services and perks Jeff Wyler offered when I bought my car a year ago. As usual the car wash was closed. Cars in front of me were also turning around and heading back out with anger. I have complained about this before and I know others who have too. I am told that the car wash is never closed but open all the time during regular business hours. I have gotten maybe 4 car washes in a year from this free service because the car wash is always closed. If the thing is that unreliable they should not have offered it as a perk when you purchase from Jeff Wyler Honda. I can tell you right now, it maybe a simple thing but it will make my decision to never buy a car from them again. More
