We would like to express our apologies for the bad service you received when you visited our dealership. 2 hours for an express oil change is definitely too long. We are looking into how our express oil changes are handled and we are going to make any necessary changes to try and keep something like this from happening again. Whether a long time customer as yourself or a first time customer, 2 hours was definitely too long to wait. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
