But it seems that they should have known when I made the appointment whether they had the part in stock. More

However, this experience proved they too have an off day. They seemed to be down in service providers which lead to a lengthy wait to be checked in as well as checked out. From our last visit, we had two parts that had to be ordered, which we never received a call. At check in, the provider seemed unaware of these issues even though looking up on computer, and also could not provide the cost involved. It seems to me, there should also be a method to know where a vehicle is to be retrieved, so if your service provider is not available, some one else could direct you to your car. In addition, although we provide our service book as suggested it has not been noted since 2013, although our vehicle has been there each time the car indicator says to be there. Wyler, I suggest someone needs to look at some of you customer service practices.. More
