She came in on her day off to work with my wife and I for a test drive and we were never under any pressure to make a purchase. My wife and I test drove two vehicles on the first night and left for the evening to discuss our feelings and decide on a vehicle. We did not absolutely need to purchase a new vehicle and agreed that we would only purchase if the terms were right and worked with our personal financial plan. I am happy to report that we were able to make a great deal on a 2015 CR-V and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Negotiations were easy, fair, and done without pressure or hard sales lines. This is my first purchase with Brenda, but my third with Jeff Wyler Honda Florence, and all of my experiences have been positive. I feel I was able to make a fair deal and am very happy with my purchase. Brenda was very thorough with her explanation of the vehicle features and was very helpful with our decision of which model and trim level to choose. She has followed up a couple of times to ensure we were happy with our vehicle. I am very pleased and will (and have already) recommend her and Jeff Wyler Honda Florence to my friends and family. mean and rude David At first, My experience was exceptional with Tom. However, after I signed the papers to buy my new car, I was treated like garbage by David Barnhart.. I Will NEVER go in this dealership again, David Barnhart was the nastiess and most disgusting person to me he showed no respect for me, even asked me why I was there wasting his time! So disrespectful! Of course he invited me inside to speak with him! I certainly didn't ask to come inside and speak to him! I've felt like I'm inconveniencing him, after all, taking my money. He was very high pressure, and much less than friendly. David Barnhart repeatedly tried to trick me into agreeing to more on our purchase than was our bottom line by showing me the price POST down payment. Thank goodness I'm not THAT stupid. David Barnhart began to bad mouth my new car in an attempt to sell a coverage plan. Again thank goodness I'm not that stupid, and called him on it right away. I am also supposed to have a 6000 mile warranty with my car, but all paperwork for that was conveniently left out by this tricky clown. Guess I'll have to make another trip there for that, as I called several managers, including the sales manager and never got a call back after leaving messages.. his rudeness may be due dissatisfaction from personal life. Very displeased. Will not be buying from them again, and will tell family and friends the same thing. In summary, Don't go here. David Barnhart was also condescending in his questions and generally unpleasant. Go anywhere but here. Anywhere but here!!!!. (The guys at Toyota were very friendly, they just didnt have the car we liked. Check them out. ). I hope that man was messing with me for his own amusement because if he wasn't he is either the most offensive or the stupidest man I've ever dealt with when buying a car. . I have to say that I was extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service I received. David Barnhart was not only rude and extremely high-handed in his interaction, he was also ensuring that we didn't make a sale with the dealership. People like David barnhart ruin the whole experience of dealership due to their obvious behavior like a white color thief of pick pocket. There are plenty of good dealers out there that will take care of the customer - I will NEVER recommend Jeff Wyler Honda again... Look elsewhere. More

He was so personable and immediately earned our trust in a salesman.My lease was up 8/27/15 and I contacted Dan early in August to see if he would be available to be our salesman again. He informed us that he was working at Jeff Wyler GMC in Florence. We ask if he could possibly take care of us again as we were interested in buying a new CRV. He met us at the Florence location on 8/21/15 and once again took care of everything for us.. We also had the priviledge of meeting Shawn McGreevy. He also worked very hard to make sure that we were perfectly satisfied with all the functions of the car. He gave us his card and said to call him anytime if we had questions and he would come to our house as he lived near us and explain whatever we were having trouble with.
