I spoke with General Manager of the store about your situation and this is what he emailed me in response. I wanted you to read what he wrote. "I spoke with Mr. H. on 8-20. After hearing his story it seems like we simply dropped the ball with respect to customer service during, and shortly, after this sale. We should have reacted more professionally and quickly in getting head phones, and there was no need to rush the duplicate signing of paper work, knowing that the customer was going to arrange for financing thru their own credit union in a short period of time and certainly any calls leaving a voicemail should have been returned more promptly. I apologize for these less than professional behaviors . It is not the way we intend to do business. Furthermore, we had already arranged with the customer to pick up their van, get the out of state inspection, re-detail it, replace wiper blades and top off the gas tank and I will make sure that is followed up on." We truly regret how everything was handled and we hope to learn from this experience to try and make sure something like this never happens again. Thank you for taking the time to bring all of this to our attention. Once again, we are sorry for everything.
