Great Car Buying Experience I do not write many reviews about service, but I was happy to do so with the purchase of my new Honda Odyssey. Our salesperson was Chad Jasper and h I do not write many reviews about service, but I was happy to do so with the purchase of my new Honda Odyssey. Our salesperson was Chad Jasper and he was a pleasure to work with. We decided to take a look at vehicles a few days before our purchase and was approached by Chad at the car lot. He was very professional and helpful in answering any questions. I liked that he was not pushy and aggressive as that can be a real turn off when you are considering making a purchase of any type product or merchandise. We contacted Chad when we were ready to return to the dealership. He made our experience very easy from the test drive to completing the purchase of our vehicle. Chad took the time to go over the features of our new vehicle and answer any questions that we had before leaving the dealership. He also offered to help with any additional questions. Chad gave us a follow up call to find out how things were going with our new purchase. We really appreciate all his hard work and effort in trying to make sure our experience was awesome!! I would definitely recommend Chad to anyone that is interested in making a car purchase - GREAT JOB!!! I would also like to say it was a pleasure meeting and working with Dan in Sales and Tim in Finance. These gentlemen also made the purchase of our Odyssey a very smooth process and I thank them all so much for it. Dread of Car Buying is Over! I recently purchased a Honda CRV and had the good fortune of working with Shawn McGreevy. I was in the market for a new car but was not excited about I recently purchased a Honda CRV and had the good fortune of working with Shawn McGreevy. I was in the market for a new car but was not excited about dealing with a car salesperson thanks to past experience with another brand. Shawn has changed that for me!! Shawn was most excellent. He was attentive but not pushy. He was willing to work with me until my car and financing needs were met. Shawn's follow up after the sale has been most excellent as well. Great Honda Experience We had a great experience in buying our Odyssey recently. He let us take it for a test spin and let us take it home for the night to make sure it would fit in our garage (our garage is pretty small, so it was a concern). Throughout the buying process and afterwards Chad made sure to follow up with us to make sure things were going smoothly and to make sure we didn't have any questions. After he reviewed my credit and saw that I wasn't able to get the exact car I wanted he went to extreme heights and found the perfect car for me. throughout the whole buying experience he was very friendly and ending up becoming a friend and not just some car salesman. Lied to. I was given to believe I had been sold a truck. As I was preparing to come and sign the papers I was told the truck had been sold. I gad requested the truck be moved so I could look at it. I think I was first in line, and should have been treated better. The entire Jeff Wyler Automotive is tainted.
