First Service on 2013 Honda Accord I absolutely love my Honda Accord. I am a first time Honda buyer and had only heard the best about the Accord and Honda's great service! Well I wasn I absolutely love my Honda Accord. I am a first time Honda buyer and had only heard the best about the Accord and Honda's great service! Well I wasn't disappointed. As soon as I drove through the garage door and parked in front of the service desk, I was greeted by a smiling friendly service representative who took down my information. He then asked us to have a seat in the waiting area and he would come and get us when the car was ready. The driver's car seat was covered in plastic and a young lady drove my car off to have the oil changed and a routine diagnostic check. The waiting area was clean, neat and well designed with internet access, conveniently located bathrooms and a play area for young children (complete with their own TV). The area was also equipped with free beverages to enjoy while you waited. It wasn't long before I was told that my car was ready (washed too) and that there were no problems. I left with a clean car, oil and filter change, rotated tires, brakes checked and my fluids topped off. The whole process ran smoothly and efficiently. I would rate my total overall experience with the Service Department as a 10 or OUTSTANDING as they more than exceeded my expectations, Sorry I don't have names as I left my service papers in my car but I believe the individual's name was Al.
