I was looking forward to purchasing a new Honda van after years of suffering through owning a Chrysler. Charley in your sales department made that process so easy. In the past I have never had a good experience with a dealership. My wife and I have visited a few when looking to buy and the experience has been so awful that we've always went with a used car from a dealership. Working with the internet department, and Charley in particular, was wonderful. My wife and I are both very busy, and being able to work out all the details of our purchase over e-mail was incredibly convenient. And to be honest, it was nice to be able to think about our next step for a few minutes rather than having to sit in front of a salesperson at the dealership. That being said, from looking around the dealership, I'm not even certain we would have had that experience were we to buy the conventional way - everyone seemed friendly and, while watching over transactions taking place, I didn't see the "high pressure" tactics that I had come to hate from other dealers. In the end, we were able to drive out of the dealership with our new Honda Odyssey for what we consider to be a great price with a minimal of hassle and none of the stereotypical dealer headaches! I highly recommend working through the internet department at Jeff Wyler - ask for Charley. More
