"We want to start by saying we are very sorry for the bad experience you had while working with our dealership. We spoke with the General Manger of the store about your situation. He stated that he would 100% honor the price on the new vehicle. He stated that the problem occurred on the inspection of your trade in vehicle. Unfortunately, it did not value out at what they had anticipated while dealing with you online and over the phone. They should have communicated to you that the numbers on your vehicle were based on it being sight unseen and that the trade value could change upon inspection. We regret that you were not informed of this. This difference along with some tax differences is what caused the disparity in the numbers. This situation could have been avoided if they would have told you about the inspection of the trade and we have gone over with them how it is to be done in the future. Unfortunately, this doesn't correct what happened to you and for this we apologize as well. It is our goal to make every experience with us a great one and in your case we failed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and once again, we are very sorry for what occurred. "
