I didn't think that was going to happen because we were working with another dealership in Columbus that dropped the ball. The sales person never responded to emails or calls and wouldn't find the car I wanted even after 4 days. I called around and was very lucky to find Tom Frede at Jeff Wyler and they had "my" car and we got a great deal. The communication between us and Tom was great and the next day we drove over 150 miles to take delivery on our brand new Fit EX. Tom explained all of the features on the car and answered all our questions. Lee in Financing got us a better interest rate and we were out of there very quickly. This was my first ever car purchase, John walked me through the whole process and patiently answered all the questions and concerns. Despite my close to zero car knowledge, they didn't attempt to take advantage like the rest of the dealers around. Unfortunately, the bank financing me gave a lot of trouble and all my hopes of getting car that day dashed down to the ground.
