This dealership is absolutely dishonest and shameless. They sold me a vehicle with a wheel well that was literally ripped and held together with ZIP TIES. They clearly knew about the damage and chose to pass it off to the buyer instead of fixing it. It would’ve cost them around $120 to repair properly, but instead they dumped the problem on me and now I’m stuck paying over $700 at a body shop to fix something they knowingly covered up. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for customers. If this is how they do business, I would strongly warn anyone to stay far away from this place. They cut corners, hide problems, and have no problem lying by omission if it saves them a few dollars. More

Took my Toyota Crown to Jeff Wyler Toyota in Springfield Ohio To get second key programmed Also had vibration in front of car at around 70 mph key went ok But they said they could not duplicate vibration M Ohio To get second key programmed Also had vibration in front of car at around 70 mph key went ok But they said they could not duplicate vibration My wife and I both have driven and felt vibration I was told nothing they could do I asked the to check front tires to make sure the were balanced correctly I was told flat out No Because the mechanic couldn’t duplicate it I Asked to have Mechanic go for a ride with me Was told he already drove it No I asked service advisor to go for ride with me She told me it wouldn’t matter if she felt vibration or not mechanic didn’t After returning home called service manager for some help Of course not in left message No return call My wife and I drive this car every day sometimes you need to listen to people that drive the car all the time and not mechanic that drove it for 2 minutes This car has 600 miles on it and they don’t care I wasn’t asking for a major repair Just a normal and simple starting point check to see if front tires are in balance a 20 minute job I know I will not hear a response from this So I will call Toyota to see what next step is $50 k for a car and they won’t 20 minutes to see if tires need balanced Very poor customer service very poor attitude and no response from service manager would like to be contacted to get a resolution to this problem More
