We were told the vehicle would be detailed and ready for pickup the following morning around 10:00am, but arriving at around 1:00pm it was not cleaned we had to wait for it to be detailed. We only received one key for the vehicle and was promised a second one which took awhile to receive and was told it was a courtesy to get a second key. We have bought vehicles before and have always gotten two keys at the time of purchase. Also we were promised a touch up paint tube to get some scratches on the vehicle filled in which was supposed to be in about a week or so but only received it when we came to have the second key programmed and I had to check with the parts department which had no knowledge that the paint was ordered, but the representative was very helpful in obtaining it for me and instruct mehow to apply it to the scratches. we received it over a month later when we came to have the second key programmed. More

Scheduled Oil Change Came in for an oil change, young man walked me around my car to make sure there were no dents or dings that he needed to annotate. When he gave me back my multi car inspection, they showed my brand new tire at the same grade as my original tires, so I think that there might have been some quick overview going instead of measuring the actual tire depths. They did show me that my air filters needed to be replaced, but I already purchased them, so can do that myself. Was happy with my experience overall. I opted for the Wyler care package. More
