Arriving in Springfield, looking for Bobby Sells, we were met by Mike who graciously showed us around, explained the Equinox, and encouraged us to drive the car. Bobby then worked with us for several hours helping us to finalize a terrific deal on a really neat car. We were very impressed at how the different staff members were consistently kind, helpful, and very considerate of us. Bobby displayed amazing knowledge, understanding, and determination to help us in pursuing a car that would meet our needs now and in the future. The morning after our purchase, we had a few questions about our understanding of the contract of purchase; and Bobby again (patiently) helped us to "unconfuse" ourselves!!
