*Update* So after a week they finally respond in a private message. And instead of addressing the issue they rather just say "sorry" rather than try to fix the issues I am having mechanically with this vehicle. They ignore that and just want to "prevent this from happening in the future". What they really want is basically nobody to call them out on their poor customer service. If they would fix the issue instead of apologizing then I would not have submitted such a poor review. It would do this state a great favor if this place closed down.

***Update #2*** First the salesman called me again. About over charging me on the lease he now had the excuse of saying "Oh you qualified for a different tier"; however there was no mention of tier before signing the paper work. I did not know about tiers his answer to that was "Oh I assumed you would know about that" and I had told him how I brought my Dad along to cosign if needed. Now I have spoken with the general manager for the Jeff Wyler auto mall in Springfield. He was nothing but rude and did not want to solve the problem and blame it on me. To the same questions I brought up to the salesman and the answers he had given me now changed to "he does not recall that". They are now trying to hide the fact of how they conduct shady business tactics. And on their website they only show a few of the good reviews, if only those people knew that they were ripped off. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP, I filed a complaint with the BBB hopefully they get this sorted out soon.
