30,000 Miles 3-26-2015 on the above date I took my 2013 Journey in for a 30,000 mile service, at which time I found a oil leak prior to the service. After inspection I was told that the oil pan was leaking. The team at Wyler's tag-teamed my vehicle and had me out prior to the estimated time I was told. Service department & staff were friendly & professional. Nice "JOB" folks More

Great job done. Everything seems to be working properly. My van is a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country with less than 86,000 miles. I love this van. Why doesnt your Chevy Service dept ever answer their phone?? Chevy Service is very slow and they do not answer their phone. I had my car towed in on a Wednesday eve. they said it would be done on Friday. I did n Chevy Service is very slow and they do not answer their phone. I did not hear anything. finally I called Chevy service at Jeff Wyler Springfield on Monday and could not get through because they would not answer their phone 2 days in a row and they did not answer their phone. Tuesday I tried again same thing! I was finally disconnected when they tried to transfer me both days. Finally I left a message with the receptionist and received a call a few hours later. I had to ask how the repair was going and was told it was done. why didn't they call me when it was done?????? When I showed up to pick up my car the cashier was not at her desk. We waited 15 Min. finally someone had to call her to come help us. I think I will take my Vehicles to Urbana from now on. More

The experience was just as good as it was back in 2008. They treated me like family, and I was driving home in my new car within a couple hours. After driving a new Chrysler, Caddilac , and Hyundia Genisis, we purchased the Hyundia Genisis.. Tom Loney was so helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Loney is an outstanding salesperson. I would have liked to have had him for one of my Regional Managers when I was at the commission. The Dodge Ram Truck is absolutely the best truck that we have ever purchased - never had a problem.
