New 2015 Equinox Purchase I have to say the sales experience was exceptional and the customer service was outstanding. Michael greeted us out in the cold parking lot and was ve I have to say the sales experience was exceptional and the customer service was outstanding. Michael greeted us out in the cold parking lot and was very attentive and wonderful with answering all our initial questions. Michael offered and gave us the first test drive. When we returned to the dealership my wife recognized Russ Heaton's name tag on his desk and mentioned that he sold us our Windstar in 2005. Michael said that since Russ sold to us before we were Mr. Heaton's customers and that he had to turn us over to Russ. We were amazed at the loyalty between the sales staff and apologized to Michael. Michael was so kind and helpful! Russ was outstanding and very corporative going into detail on every aspect throughout the process. Russ we apologize for not mentioning your name in the beginning as it had been 10 years since we had done business with Jeff Wyler. Russ streamlined the process and gave us exactly what we wanted.
