From the minute my wife and I walked into the store we were treated with professional care and amazing product knowledge. We never felt like there was any pressure to make any quick decisions. Russ Heaton, our salesman, was informative, and worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted. Even Mr. Hayes the, Maintenance Manager, stopped in and explained some of the service aspects of what Jeff Wyler Service Center offers. Once Ken Vannorsdall quickly got us through all of the paperwork to close the deal, Russ Heaton spent nearly a half hour going over all of the functions of our new vehicle. Overall, today was a Fantastic Experience. We both can't wait for our next shopping trip to the Chevy Store. More

Great Diagnostics Brought an older vehicle to diagnose some problems. The team was very helpful. Also had a recall issue which they promptly took care of.
