Have a problem with a factory recall. A factory recall was completed some time ago and it has a problem. I have brought it to your attention on a prior visit but nothing was ever done to A factory recall was completed some time ago and it has a problem. I did find it very annoying and time consuming that I had to wait for the person at the counter to hand righ For the most part the visit was standard. I did find it very annoying and time consuming that I had to wait for the person at the counter to hand right all of my information when I had made an appointment and the service department already had all of my information. It should not take that long to drop off for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. At pick up, I had to request a copy of my multi point inspection, which again took much more time than it should have, this should be provided to clients without them having to ask for it. Everyone is courteous, location is clean, service prices are fare. More
