I came to Jeff Wyler, originally, to just look at the available colors of the 2013 Hyundai Elantra so I could decide on what color to buy at another dealer in Beavercreek that I was working with. Kristopher Maulden, new car sales, greeted my Dad and I on the lot when we arrived. Jeff Wyler had the color I was looking for and Kristopher was so pleasant to deal with that I decided to forgo buying in Beavercreek and decided to buy at Jeff Whyler in Springfield. I live in Springfield and I prefer to keep my business local when at all possible. Thanks to Kristopher's friendly demeanor and in-depth knowledge of the Hyundai I was looking to buy, I was able to buy local. I have not had to buy a car in more than 10 years and this was quite a stressful time for me and a pretty big purchase decision; however, Kristopher was so friendly and patient with me and the many questions I had that this transaction turned into a pleasant experience. Brandon Hipp, manager new car sales, became part of this experience once I decided to buy. Brandon was pleasant to deal with and quite knowledgeable about the product as well. I called to set up a test drive for a used car we had seen while searching for a newer car that I found online at their Eastgate Auto Mall located in Batavia, OH (102 miles away) I talked with Courtney seen while searching for a newer car that I found online at their Eastgate Auto Mall located in Batavia, OH (102 miles away) I talked with Courtney on the phone and she was able to get the car I was interested in to their Springfield Auto Mall lot (we live 56 miles from Springfield). After test driving the used car I had seen on line my husband and I decided we would like something a little bigger and AWD. Courtney Ransdell along with the help of Phil Beach were able to show us several other options available on their lot and led us in the right direction. We ended up purchasing a brand new off the show room floor Toyota Rav 4 with my dream moon roof and a great deal! We were able to buy a brand new car that was much bigger/roomier and AWD for only around $4,000 more than the used vehicle I went to test drive in the first place. We found the dealership and sales people extremely helpful and easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with our experience or our new car we love it! Thank you!!! More

When looking for a vehicle,I stopped in The Jeff wyler used car lot and after 25 minutes with no one asking me if they could help me I was going to leave. I stated that I had dealt with Ken Berry before,but, he was on vacation.Mr.Heaton got me the keys and didn't give me much info.I came back the next day to test drive the HHR again and mentioned that the ad and window sticker stated the vehicle had remote start.He said it didn't as if I made it up.He said he could put it on ,but, wasn't sure it would work.I said they put them on after market all the time.That when my wife bought her Optima from Wyler they did that.Nothing from him.I liked the car and it was a good deal. I didn't try to haggle. Decided to buy the car.Came back Monday and ask about the remote start and he stated that's $300. I said ,but, it is on the sticker.It almost became a deal breaker! He then said he would send me check for $150 to compensate for it. I was tired of the hassle and said ok.It just seemed as if they were too busy for me. P.S. have not received the check. More
