I own a Toyota Matrix which was recalled for an airbag problem.my husband dropped off my car on Sat 9/28/13 the service dept worked on my car on Monday 9/30/13. when my husband picked up my car that eveni problem.my husband dropped off my car on Sat 9/28/13 the service dept worked on my car on Monday 9/30/13. when my husband picked up my car that evening, he noticed right away that the radio was working but not illumnated anymore,the air conditioning and circulation button were not working at all. he immediately called from the car but did not have time to leave it there. He brought the car back to the shop on Wed 10/2/13 where he was told the mechanic forgot to reconnect 2 cables for the air conditioning and circulation but they have nothing to do with the radio. My husband argued with Andy, the Manager from the service department without any success. Eventually I spoke with the Director of the service department who was willing to look at my car again. today, 10/31/13 Jeff Wyler service department in Springfield looked at my radio to see what the problem is. I received a call from Andy telling me the radio has a burned out relay which is nothing they did. I pointed out AGAIN that the radio was working just fine right before the car was dropped off and not anymore after they were finished. Their solution was, to replace my radio with a used factory radio that they happen to have at the shop but I have to pay for it. WHAT A NERVE!!! They want me to pay to replace the radio that they broke!!!! I have no idea what the mechanic did with my radio but I plan on contacting Toyota Headquarters directly. I will for sure never take my car for any kind of service to Springfield again. More
I highly recommend Gary, he made my transaction very easy. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. When I returned from the test drive and said I was interested in buying he was quick to get the paper work I needed to start the process. Everyone I worked with during my process was very friendly and explained everything very well. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle to see Gary. Melissa Loney made the financial process easy as well, Brandon was very helpful with the explanation of the blue link and how it works. I am very pleased with my purchase and I want to thank Gary and the staff for a smooth transaction. More
We were so excited to get a brand new luxury car, we searched everywhere and had a very hard time finding exactly what we wanted.. we went to Hidy in Beavercreek and did not have a wonderful experience, searched everywhere and had a very hard time finding exactly what we wanted.. we went to Hidy in Beavercreek and did not have a wonderful experience, so we took our business to Tom Loney. He made us feel like family and confident that we would be getting a great deal on the car we wanted. He went above and beyond by searching everywhere for the exact specifications we gave him, including color. We were so thrilled when he told us he FOUND THE CAR WE WANTED!!! It was overall a nice experience, and everyone in the Hyundai dealership was very friendly and kept us entertained. I will never shop with anyone else again! More

I have a 1999 Dodge Intrepid. I always take it to Jeff Wyler for service that is why my car is still running smoothly. The price is right. They do not try to overcharge you plus they repair whatever is Wyler for service that is why my car is still running smoothly. The price is right. They do not try to overcharge you plus they repair whatever is needed properly. I took my car in for service because there was a rattle when I travelled on bumpy roads. It felt like the pipes below were pulling apart. Lance and the service department determined that the sway bar links needed replacement. My car is again running like 'almost' new. I must say that the entire staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the service department. More
