I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Sheppard and the entire sales team. Mr. Sheppard and I test drove a couple different cars before I made my selection, he was extrememly knowledgable about each vehic entire sales team. I went to Jeff Wyler Auto Mall specifically looking for a used car that would be reliable for the line of work that I do. I have always taken my Kia Sorento there for service and knew when the time came I would go there to buy my next vehicle. After meeting Phil Beach I knew this process was going to go very well. He did not possess that fake "I just want to sell you a car" attitude. He was very genuine in listening to what my needs were in a vehicle; from needing storage in the trunk for my car stock, to a car payment that was no more than 350.00 a month (we came in at 250.00 a month), a car that was good in winter weather and most importantly a car that was safe for my two teenagers to drive. He really listened to what I was saying. What I hadn't expected was that Phil would really listen to me and respect the fact that I must stay on a budget. Though I was approved to get into a newer model car I wasn't ready to take on that kind of car payment and Phil respected that. He respected my financial limits and didn't give me that typical car salesman push or sales tactics. I couldn't have appreciated that more. Through the entire process I was treated with respect by every person I came into contact with from other sales people, to the gentleman in the financing office; who also refused to sell me things I truly didn't need. It was the most honest experience I can say I have ever experienced in a car dealership. I look forward to a lifetime of dealing with Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall! More

My check engine light came on so I immediately called the Service Dept. They got me in right away. They even gave me a ride home. Tom has been at this dealership for years and when my husband and I bought a car from him 10 years ago he started sending us birthday cards. Every year, for 10 years, we have received cards from Tom.
