On Monday morning Ken called to let us know when the van would be done. That Day! They also went above expectations in seeing to it that the recall on the door was fixed. We were truly pleased with the friendly, quick and thorough service we received. When we picked up the van I also observed that the staff in service were treating the other customers with a positive and respect for them and their vehicle. More
