Mr Kaylor went above and beyond to find us a vehicle we could afford. Even going so far as to come in on his day off to sell us the car. The only negative aspect of this car purchase was Mr. Kaylor hitting could afford. Even going so far as to come in on his day off to sell us the car. While we would most definitely recommend Jeff Wyler of Springfield to anyone looking to buy a new car, we would suggest that they take the fact that Mr Kaylor waited until Mr. Dunlap was out of the room and hit on Mrs. Dunlap into consideration when choosing a salesman. Kelly was extremely helpful throughout the entirety of the model selection and finance process. In a span of approximately two days he was prompt in answering questions either in person of by phone; hone the model selection and finance process. Despite an obvious overwhelming volume of customers during the cash for clunkers program, Kelly was still able to maintain his attention to detail. When it came time to close the deal, Kelly and the F & I Manager, Ken Vannorsdall remained at the dealership well after closing time to accomodate the schedules of my family members involved in this deal. Both gentleman are a fine reflection of the Jeff Wyler dealership in Springfield, Ohio. Both are highly recommended to anyone considering a new vehicle. More

Mr. Kaylor was wonderful! My husband and I did the cash for clunkers and Mr. Kaylor was very thorough in making sure our paperwork was in order. Even after our loan was finalized he went back over the num for clunkers and Mr. Kaylor was very thorough in making sure our paperwork was in order. Even after our loan was finalized he went back over the numbers and discovered an error that saved us an additional $500! All costs were fully disclosed. He was so friendly and cheerful and he made sure every department we dealt with was too. We plan on buying another vehicle in the near future and Mr. Kaylor is the only person we will need to see. Jeff Wyler is a dealership I would recommend to everyone. More

Eric was helpful and patient. He contacted my insurance company and did all of the work for me. He was very polite and courteous. I found him to be very honest which is not how I found Castrucci in Dayto company and did all of the work for me. He was very polite and courteous. Kelly Kaylor was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He was friendly, not pushy, listened to what I was looking for and showed me vehicles that fit my requirements.
