will not negotiate from msrp "sticker price" Negotiating with other dealers I thought I woyld give toyota springfield a shot.i told the car saleman I had other test drive appointments today and I Negotiating with other dealers I thought I woyld give toyota springfield a shot.i told the car saleman I had other test drive appointments today and I needed my trade in appraised.he said we don't just give appraisal if your not buying...hahahaha.what a line.i said if the numbers are right I just might buy...talk about lazy salesperson.they came back with your typical smack in the face low ball trade in offer and sticker for the car.i countered with my smack in the face numbers back and instead of coming back with new numbers and meeting in the middle the finance guy/manager laughed me off like some kind of child asking me were I got my numbers.i told them I was starting at invoice on the highlander and my counter offer for the trade in was Kelly blue book trade in fair market value.i got up in left because they was they treat people who come in pre aproved for a loan and knows what there doing I guess they just don't like because they can't rip you off..stay away from this dealership. More

DISPLAY SYSTEM SHORTED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT WITH THIER DUTIES. THEY HAD MY CAR FOR A FEW DAYS, BUT THEY PUT ME IN A RENTAL AND KEPT ME THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT WITH THIER DUTIES. 2011 Ford Ranger and 2013 Veloster I met Collin in July of 2015 when my wife saw a car on the lot that caught her eye. We stopped in and sat down with Collin to discuss details of the car. After a quick test drive we were back discussing price with Collin. Unlike most dealerships, the back and forth between customer and manager was almost non-existent. We drove out of the dealership that evening with my wife's new prize. Later, late Feb. 2016 I noticed a truck on the lot that would be perfect for my wife and I as a spare vehicle. I stopped in at 6:30pm and drove out with my vehicle at 8:30 that evening. Again, the no nonsense approach that Collin displays is a pleasure to deal with. I must be honest I was very disappointed with the service of my salesman and the condition of some of the vehicles mechanics 2 days after the purchase. I strongly encouraged her not to shop there again but we went through window shopping and were approached by Collin. I at first wanted nothing to do with him but he eventually convinced us to hear him out look at some cars and get some numbers. I have to say he completely changed my opinion of this dealership and as long as he is there he has a lifetime customer! Collin is very dedicated to his customers and making sure he gets them exactly what they want and need in their price range. He jumped through a few hoops for me and I appreciate that greatly!
