To put it plainly, the car is great, the deal was great, but every moment of it was stepping on glass barefoot. I bought my car about 3ish month ago, and it was a nightmare. I am going to list some things n but every moment of it was stepping on glass barefoot. I bought my car about 3ish month ago, and it was a nightmare. I am going to list some things now that i am out of my 6k mile warranty period. My car had a ~$30k value on KBB prior to its options, and Carmax offereed me $30; however, they offered $26K. When they offered it, they scoffed at me like i was going to get better. I got $34k on it. My sales person did some things right, but not simple and easy things. I had a sausage link wrapper in my center console after signing despite asking that it be removed and cleaned, after test drive on tuesday, a call on wednesday to verify things, a call on thursday to confirm i was going to buy it, and on the friday I bought it. So I wasted $300 on a clean that cannot get that out. They added $1400 for a "insurance" on my seat program that I could not opt out of because they, "already applied the protectant to it", and my passenger seat has wavy stains on it. They messed up my name on my paper work and told me to drive there despite knowing i live two hours away. They did not like my idea of mailing the papers to me. At that point prior to mailing the documents back after signing, I took the time to scan them to myself at work. Prior to sending it back, one day before my temp plate expired, they had crossed out and rewritten parts on the documents. I had to have the BMV head verify that they hadn't screwed me entirely because THEY EDITED DOCUMENTS POST SIGNATURES. I actually had hoped my mechanic would have found a major issue so I could have them correct the jeep. Be warned who reads this review, regardless of the deals you might find, the path with them is lined with hardship. My vehicle is manual transmission, and the service report had the boxes for manual transmission cars left empty. I had called and asked for this to be verified with the cleans, and was met with no good answer until I signed. I had asked many times through the process, to which I left with an addendum document stating they would get that verification to me. I was told I would have it at latest monday, but not surprisingly, it took till the next Friday because I had to call and remind them three times. I had no faith that my jeep was actually serviced properly even after they sent that document. In the words of a wise man I once knew, "May the fleas of a thousand camels infest their armpits" More
Taking my business elsewhere after being charged $81. 00 for JUST an oil change . Very lax atmosphere. Not near as professional as it was before the dealership changed owners. Extremely poor communication between customer and service shop. Mechanics have to always consult Techline of American Honda, taking forever....Left messages for 3 days on email (mgr says firewall prohibits shop. Mechanics have to always consult Techline of American Honda, taking forever....Left messages for 3 days on email (mgr says firewall prohibits all emails), verbally with receptionists and at personal phone extension JUST FOR AN UPDATE of a compression test. Shop never had written permission for valve job, apparently did it anyway. Picking up my car after $600+ bill and check engine light still on. BEWARE More
We purchased our 2019 Honda Civic at Jeff Wyler Superior Honda back in March of 2022…with ~9000 miles on it. The transaction was very shady. They basically lure customers in with a $2000 off the s Superior Honda back in March of 2022…with ~9000 miles on it. The transaction was very shady. They basically lure customers in with a $2000 off the sticker price….then offer that price to you only if you chose NOT to have the vehicle certified. About a month after we purchased the car, we discovered the AC was not working. It was diagnosed at another Honda dealer as the Evaporator…which was not covered under the extended warranty, and was going to cost us ~$1600 out of pocket. Unfortunately, we were about 2 weeks outside of the manufacturer’s warranty as well. So, we took our vehicle back to Jeff Wyler where it was purchased, to see if they could cover any of the costs to repair the A/C, since we had just purchased it from them one month prior. They had our car for two days, and said they couldn’t diagnose what was wrong with the A/C? And they said there was nothing they could do for us …even though we just purchased the car from them. So, we decided to have our Civic’s AC repaired by Joe Morgan, as we have used and trusted their service for years. Their service manger reached out to American Honda’s corporate office, and spoke with them about our situation….explaining that we had just purchased the vehicle from Jeff Wyler (which was not willing to assist us in any way), that the Evaporator was no longer working, and that we were 2 weeks outside of our manufacture’s warranty. They were able to get corporate to provide us some assistance on the cost, so we didn’t have to pay the full ~$1600. We were very thankful for all of the extra time they spent trying to help us out. And, we will continue to use and trust Joe Morgan Honda with our service needs and future purchases! We will NEVER return to Jeff Wyler Superior Honda again. More
The worst service department ever. The first time we dropped off our Honda Fit was around July 1st, the manager Vanse Patterson never called us back for updating the vehicle situation, The first time we dropped off our Honda Fit was around July 1st, the manager Vanse Patterson never called us back for updating the vehicle situation, we kept calling him for a week but he only responded once. On July 7th, they told us the vehicle was ready to be picked up and it would cost $1300, we paid everything and picked up the car but the same issue again right on the next day (the 8th) and then we dropped off the car again the next morning. We kept calling Vanse and the manager Alison to negotiate the repairing price since it was the same problem as the 1st time, but neither of them gave us feedback nor called us back for 3 weeks, we had to do the call back ourselves , many many times to reach the right person and schedule call back when we finally had a chance to speak to them. He only then told us we had to pay another $1100, and it was a totally different issue from the first diagnostic- they did not read the code at the “starting point” quote them. We do not think it is ok to pay twice to fix the car, we think they are supposed to deep check the vehicle before they returned to us. We asked them to do some discount, and then they told us we need to pay $800. We made the deal and we were very tired to negotiate this with them since we had tried to call them for 3 weeks. After that, they went to check our loaner car and then told us there’s a scratch on the passenger side door, we told them this was not by us, it came with it 3 weeks ago, they charged us another $250 for the scratch thing, and now they do not offer loaner car to us since our insurance is not the full insurance. In fact they didn’t check loaner car when they fix our car at the first time, and they gave us loaner car even though we do not have full insurance. They found a lot of excuses to charge us and try to cover their mistakes. This was the worst experience ever, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. More

After being at the dealer for about 5-6 hours and telling the finance department we would write a check for the balance of the trade in he said you don't have to do that we can pay it off as soon as we get t the finance department we would write a check for the balance of the trade in he said you don't have to do that we can pay it off as soon as we get the payoff. When after several calls to get the paper work and no call back a nice women emailed it in 10 minutes and we realized the paper work was wrong and never agreed on Wyler care or protective contract. so we contacted GE credit and we filled out the cancellation request form but they told us we couldn't get the sales tax back for 207.00 because unfortunately taxes are not cancelable which Ive never heard of such a thing. This has been one nightmare after another and I will never purchase a vehicle from Jeff Wylers again because they hide stuff in your contracts. So if you purchase a car from them make sure you get a copy of your invoice and read it with a fine tooth comb because like they guy below on his review they are scam artists. More
