Ionic I negotiated for the vehicle using TrueCar through American Express. I test drove the vehicle at 3 dealerships and the purchased at Superior South i I negotiated for the vehicle using TrueCar through American Express. I test drove the vehicle at 3 dealerships and the purchased at Superior South in Cincinnati. I asked for the contract to be sent prior to signing paperwork and noticed an etching fee. I asked them to remove it. I told them I was going to use Chase to finance the vehicle and they said they could do that at the dealership. When I arrive my salesman wasn't there but I sat with the finance person Dave. He had me sign all the paperwork including a due bill that said the car was complete including the trunk cover I requested. He could not understand what numbers to enter even though I had the sales order. We spent about 45 minutes trying to get the paperwork right and even then he forgot to give me my dealer's reward. I had to pick up my daughter and come back. That is when I noticed that the car was missing mats and the rear cover. They promised they'd have it in a week. One week later I had a concern and called to bring the car for service but wanted to pick up the mats & cover. PARTS DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT. When I went in the next day they had only just ordered the parts and said I should come back the next day which I did. I contacted sales 4 more times about the "rewards". 3 WEEKS LATER and on the 4th try the finance manager emailed me back and said say that they messed up the finance paperwork and I needed to return for a 3rd time to re-sign paperwork. I am still confused on how to access some of the features and no one has ever contacted me to see how I like the vehicle. No one has even apologized for the inconvenience or their lack of attention to detail or that fact that I've had to go there 3 times after the sale to resolve problems. This has not been a good buying experience. I bought from them because I liked my previous Hyundai and I like the service department but the sales department leaves much to be desired. More

Extremely Poor Customer Service Salesman gave me the wrong spare key to my car. When I called him and told him he suggested that I come back to the dealership to get the key (my time Salesman gave me the wrong spare key to my car. When I called him and told him he suggested that I come back to the dealership to get the key (my time and gas for his mistake), I told him to mail the key, which he said he did. 5 days later I had not received the key, so I called again. He checked my address that he had sent the key to and he sent it to the wrong address (he had an old business which I had never given him). He said he would check to see if it had been returned to the dealership and I would check at the old address. Called him 3 days later & left message. The next day I called again & again he said he would check to see if it had been returned. 2 days latter I called him again & he said it had not been returned. I said that it had never been received at the old address. He said the best he could do was wait to see if it was returned & if so call me. So, I called the General Mgr & left a detailed message. No call back. The next day I called the GM again. No call back! This dealership's employees & Mgr provide extremely poor customer service! More
