Sorry to hear that you missed out on this Telluride. Surely, being in that market for a Telluride and coming from Indiana you know that these models are hard to come by. If you could have secured the vehicle with a deposit it would have been held for you. It is very much like the housing market in that it is a first come first serve basis. We do have, at this moment, three other Tellurides in stock and ready if you would like to select one of those. Read less

Thanks for the review. I find it hard to have to apologize for selling cars. We attempted to make things right by first taking care of your tow. If you bought the car "as is" it is simply "Goodwill" on our part. We want to make it right since this unexpected event happened to your vehicle. You have to understand that our loaner vehicles are available for sale. We replaced that loaner with another. What would be disappointing would have been we told you the tow was your issue and the vehicle repairs and loaner were your issue as well. I can only say that we would love to meet your expectations at some point during your ownership.
