Overall a great experience. I hate buying cars. I had researched and decided my lowest price going into this endeavor. I went to three dealerships, only Walter at Jeff Wyler didn't try to jerk me around. I gave him my price and lowest price going into this endeavor. I went to three dealerships, only Walter at Jeff Wyler didn't try to jerk me around. I gave him my price and he called back within an hour and said he would take it. The other dealers I worked with (Oxmoor, Sam Swope) kept trying to tell me that "demand" was more for these cars and that I had to "try to understand"(little did they know that I am an MBA student, and obviously they were not). These guys made me so mad that I almost waited to buy a car later. In any event, if you want a new Toyota talk to Walter Whitehead at Jeff Wyler, he is straight up and will save you money over those jokers at Oxmoor. He had my car ready for me to pickup when I came in. I was in and out of there fast. No hidden surprises, huge dealers fees tacked on the end, or bait and switches here. Thanks Walter. More

This RAV 4 purchase makes my 9th purchase with you guys! I come back because I am always treated extremely well and never have a complaint. All the staff are professional, helpful and will go to any lengths to keep me happy and my cars in great shape. Of course I keep coming back and I send my friends and family. I cross the bridge to purchase and to get service. The new facility is great! I like the donut and coffee touch in the waiting area. Dave bends over backward to make sure I am happy with my purchases. It's nice to deal with folks that really know their product and handle the dealership so well. That's the ticket to staying in business, great product and excellent service. I have dealt with other Toyota dealerships and NONE of them are as good as Jeff Wyler. This was the best car-buying experience my husband and I had. I initially contacted the dealer regarding the only car within a five-state area that had the exact make, model, and accessories. I immediatel had. I initially contacted the dealer regarding the only car within a five-state area that had the exact make, model, and accessories. I immediately started to deal with Jearmie. He was very knowledgeable and over the phone, we essentially bought the car. He even explained that the car was a demo, so we could probably get a good deal on it. My husband and I went down on a friday, and we met Tim. Immediately Tim, my husband and I started talking about football-- a great ice-breaker. He was extremely friendly and didn't make us feel like we were dealing with a greasy car saleman (no offense). The car was everything we wanted and more. Trying not to get too excited, we started the negotiation process. The dealership is a great place for this, because it was very open-- you didn't have to sit cornered in a room. It took a bit longer to get us out the door because we purchased essentially insurance for the exterior and interior of our car and it needed to be applied. The next day, I received a call from Jeramie to make sure that we were doing okay with the car. Overall it was a fabulous experience, and I would recommend Jeff Wyler of Clarksville to anyone. More
