We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. My name is Larry Pizer, the Customer Relations Manager for the dealership. Let me begin with an apology for what you saw as unprofessional treatment. We strive to make every customer satisfied, and yes sometimes we fail. I spoke with the managers and they shared the circumstances with me. The deal they offered on the Yaris was, in-fact, a very good deal. Obviously it is your perception of the deal that really matters, and that is where we fell short. The process of buying a car is one of communication. We may not have done as good a job as we should have in establishing the value in our new Yaris. Had we done a better job of building value, the price would not have been the issue it became. That being said, it was a very good price, behind our actual cost on the vehicle.
