I want to rate the Jeff Wyler Toyota dealership in Springfield, Ohio. On July 18th, I went into this Toyota sales location to look at and maybe to purchase their 2025 Toyota Crown Night Shade. I was v Springfield, Ohio. On July 18th, I went into this Toyota sales location to look at and maybe to purchase their 2025 Toyota Crown Night Shade. I was very impressed with the car, my salesman, Zach Restall and Matt Crosby, the sales manager. I did purchase the Crown, have it for 2 weeks and I do very much like this car. I traded in my 2017 Lincoln Continental Reserve. I had stated many times that I would probably never let my Lincoln leave my side, but I did and there was no high pressure sales tactics involved. I put almost 50% down and have an excellent credit score, so that all wen t very smoothly. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to where I bought the Crown. More

Offered me an insanely low price on my trade in and then brought out their chatty assistant sales manager to explain to me why I was being unreasonable for not accepting it. By the end they offered me 4000 brought out their chatty assistant sales manager to explain to me why I was being unreasonable for not accepting it. By the end they offered me 4000 dollars more for my trade (still low ). By that time, I was tired and insulted. I will never go back there. More
I called about a car on their website only to find out it was at their dealership in Ohio. They said they would transfer the vehicle but I would have to come to the Clarksville dealership first and sit down was at their dealership in Ohio. They said they would transfer the vehicle but I would have to come to the Clarksville dealership first and sit down with them. They told me it would take a couple of days to get there. I called after five days only to find out the vehicle had been sold. They basically lied to me. There was no reason for me to waste hours of my time driving and sitting down with them in person. They could have received all the information they needed from me over the phone. I told them I'd never buy a car from them because of their lack of respect for their customers and their dishonesty. I went in there to buy a new car they told me they had in stock. When I got there they then finally told me they didn’t.. but they had a used one for $22,800 sticker. They lied to me about there inventory. S stock. When I got there they then finally told me they didn’t.. but they had a used one for $22,800 sticker. They lied to me about there inventory. So by the time they got done, they had the used one up to almost $29,000 in sneaky dealer packages and fees. I offered a fair kbb offer for my trade, and they came in $5,000 short of it. They didn’t want to work with me on the numbers. I can’t imagine how many family’s have suffered from this. More
I usually do not leave reviews but I feel the need to share my experience from today in hopes it will help someone else make their decisions differently. I was looking at vehicles online and came across share my experience from today in hopes it will help someone else make their decisions differently. I was looking at vehicles online and came across a very nice Town and Country, the van was modern, updated and had screens that the kids would love! I am 9 months pregnant and needed a bigger vehicle for the expanding family. I was sold for the price and immediately reached out and worked with David on it. I live almost two hours away from the dealership but due to the condition of the vehicle and price I could not pass up on the deal so I made the trip as soon as I could to get the vehicle. I scheduled an appointment with David, which was suppose to be for 11am (all texts I received showed my appointment was for 11pm which I thought was strange). I show up at 10:45am to be told that David was not in until 12pm. I was a little confused but they had me work with another person named Brian. At this point David from the previous day already had my info, ran credit, and gave me a pricing sheet with information on the vehicle, including a picture of the vehicle. When Brian pulled up the vehicle for a test drive I was surprised, the vehicle was not the same as in the pictures that they advertised or even on the pricing sheet sent to me… they advertised a Town and Country using newer and more updated Pacifica photos, a completely different model vehicle so it wasn’t a case of them just being good at taking photos to make it look nice, this was a completely different vehicle. I immediately asked Brian why the vehicle was advertised as a completely different vehicle by the photos and he stated he was unsure. He checked on it and found it was a mistake and that the Town and Country was posted with the wrong photos and pricing but management would make it “right” for me. I was devastated due to driving almost two hours to get that experience and sadly it didn’t end there. I then was told the vehicle of the pictures I saw was there and I even was given a test drive. I was excited and I was hopeful things were going to work out, but then when we come back to the dealership to start paperwork, I was told the managers didn’t communicate with each other and that the vehicle was actually already sold. To say I was frustrated, upset, and really disappointed was an understatement. I had drove two hours for false advertisement and pricing and then given a test drive for the intended vehicle to then be told it actually wasn’t available. I again was told, however, they would make it “right” for me. They were able to find a comparable Pacifica at a different location (many key features I was sold on though this Pacifica did not have such as screens for the kiddos). At this point, because of the distance I had traveled and hours already spent there, I felt like I really couldn’t leave empty handed. I know I could have left at any time but I also was told on numerous occasions that they would make it “right” for me so I was hopeful the experience would turn around. When it came to financials, there was no “right” done. The Pacifica they had found for me was 1/3 more of the original cost I was intending to spend on this vehicle based off their advertising and this one even had less features…So when it came down to paperwork I was caught off guard in seeing pricing was not considered to be made “right”. At this point I had been there from 10:45am - 3:30pm, not including my drive time, exhausted and ready to be done so I signed the paperwork for the vehicle and left feeling defeated. It got worse when I left the lot to get food and immediately noticed there was a chip in the windshield and the back right tail light was busted. Due to the long day and feeling flustered with the process I missed this when test driving (there were stickers on the windshield which could of contributed to hiding the chip) which is my fault for not noticing but this shows the quality of the vehicles they sell… More

Bait & switch xx! Test drove used car that was new on the lot. Asked for specifics on dealer fees, then made as-is cash offer over phone which was accepted. Made ap Test drove used car that was new on the lot. Asked for specifics on dealer fees, then made as-is cash offer over phone which was accepted. Made appointment for 9AM next morning to pick up. Friend brought me to lot, should have been easy-peasy. Paper laying on salesman's desk had my numbers, but the total was over $2,400 extra, dealer add-ons in small print. They told me it was the wrong paper, brought out another one with $200 in extra fees over what was negotiated. Then they told me the car needed to be inspected before I could take it, so if I'd buy it they could put me at the top of the list for maybe Monday. Then had two salesman standing by our table going into bully mode telling us everybody has to pay their fees. Waste of time, total xx and zero customer respect. Should have read the other reviews here first, because same salesman was mentioned here a year ago. One star because you can't click zero. Toyota should be embarrassed to share their logo with this establishment. Never again! More
