Dealt with Juan Medina who was very professional and excellent communicating with me. I had to wait about a month and a half for the vehicle to arrive from Japan and Juan updated me on tracking information every week or so. They picked me up from airport in Louisville which is about 15 minutes away from the dealership and about one and a half hours later i was on my way back home to Maryland. The only complaint i have was with the finance manager, Jessica. She tried to be tricky and add an extended warranty into the final financing deal when i had clearly declined it. Also, buying out of state she charged me my home 6% tax which she was not supposed to. I had some issues when i tried to register the vehicle back at home but after calling Juan and explaining what was going on we were able to resolve the problem and i was Fedex'd overnight a check refunding me the taxes i was charged. Do yourself a favor and go to Juan. More

Quickest time finding New car for lease I went to Jeff Wyler Toyota after visiting some other dealers including another Toyota dealer. I walked in, met Tripp Davis, and let him know that if I went to Jeff Wyler Toyota after visiting some other dealers including another Toyota dealer. I walked in, met Tripp Davis, and let him know that if he came back with the best price on the highlander I would make the deal right then. I knew what I wanted which made things smoother. He came back with the price and then I told him to calculate the 36 month lease cost. He came back with a great deal and I was out of there in about a hour. They had to get the car from another dealer but we picked it up in three days with a full tank. Signing all the paperwork took a bit of time but they had it all lined out and ready to go. No high pressure and quick service. Great job!!! More
