Bought my 2nd Toyota Prius from them (2008, 2016) I had a very good to excellent experience in buying a 2016 Prius 3. Juan Medina was my sales agent. he was friendly, courteous, very informative, and cooperative. We moved from picking the car that I was looking for, doing a test drive, to haggling over the price. He was very good in answering questions and explaining the various features, both those I was familiar with and those I was not. He was very informative and clear in his presentation of the 'numbers' involved both on the new car and my trade-in. It took a little longer than I had planned but I believe I got a very decent deal. I could have haggled a little longer, but... He got the car ready for me, got me on my way and even called me that I had left some things in the glove compartment (which I very much appreciated!). He got my cell phone set with Bluetooth and answers all my questions. I would certainly recommend Juan to others. I met with Nathan for much of the paper work signing and he was very helpful too. The show room is clean and attractive and everyone is courteous and friendly. They give a very good impression. I had a good experience 8 1/2 years ago and very good yesterday. With my most recent vehicle (Scion), I have dealt mostly with ERIC WALTHALL, and he provides excellent service. I often have probably too many questions, but he always takes time to explain stuff in terms that I can understand. He is an excellent service advisor. More

Runarounds, no answers to my financial questions, pressure to "come in and talk"...bad experience. Decided to contact Dennis at Jeff Wyler. Was an unbelievably smooth process. Told him what I wanted, he found the car in 24 hours, paperwork fell right in line, all our questions answered. Very pleased. We've had the car now for almost one week and Dennis is STILL following up to be sure we are happy. Bridge or no bridge - we will visit him again in 3 years when this lease runs out! More

It is because of the care given the car that it has provided This is the second recall on our 2004 Avalon. We have been pleased with each experience. It is because of the care given the car that it has provided us with great transportation when called on. She does get to sit in the garage most of the time, i.e. she only has a little over 120,000 miles on her but she is out 1-3 times a month for trips within a 30 mile radius.
