Our salesman, Kevin Lutz, greeted us and treated us like family through the whole buying experience. My wife had certain things she wanted in a car and after looking at the price of the options she wanted, Kevin steered us to an upgrade that was a few dollars more, but had a lot more options for the money. He did a super job of explaining all the features of the car, a Toyota Avalon, and even let my wife drive it to point out the ride quality and the creature comforts that the car had. The safety feaqtures, like hands free phone, will make me a lot more comfortable when she is out in the car, knowing she is not distracted while driving with a phone up to her ear with one hand. When going through the purchase process, We got to meet Jeff Wyler, and Kevin stayed with us to answer any questions we might have had and afterwards, went over the controls and options one more time to make sure my wife understood everything. This is our first Toyota, but it won't be our last, especially if Jeff Wyler is still in business and Kevin Lutz is still working for him. More
