Love my Highlander Much to my dismay I recently had to replace my 2007 Toyota Sequoa that I was in love with. Keep in mind that I was not a happy person when having to Much to my dismay I recently had to replace my 2007 Toyota Sequoa that I was in love with. Keep in mind that I was not a happy person when having to begin shopping for a new vehicle. Of course the Toyota was the only vehicle I test drove due to the incredible performance of my Sequoa. My first interaction with Jeff Wyler was via the internet. Not knowing who my sales person was because he was assigned to me, I was a bit apprehensive - I wanted someone I could communicate with that didn't waste my time. I was an informed buyer and knew what I wanted... I wanted the salesperson to understand that. Pete Zalaffi to the rescue. My experience was very good. After an explanation of the Highlander's options from Pete and a test drive, I was sold. Pete located the exact vehicle I wanted and I am driving my new 2015 Toyota Highlander today. I must also mention that the actual purchase of the vehicle was seamless. Perhaps it was the look on my face that said just get this done, but the paperwork was smooth and I was not hassled with sales gimmicks and someone pushing me to buy warranties etc. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend Jeff Wyler. To Pete, Tim and each salesperson who said "hi" and were a most pleasant group of people... thank you! More

First new car in 20 years Jeff Samuels has great knowledge of all the vehicles that was shown to me. He made it painless to purchase a new vehicle.
