Although i had done my research already online and knew Juan Medina at Jeff Wyler Toyota made a potentially stressful car buying experience a breeze. Although i had done my research already online and knew which pre-owned Camry Hybrid i was after he made an effort to ensure i understood all about the vehicle. When it came to agreeing the price Juan was my advocate when it came to negotiating the discount with his management. He represented my requests very well and played an excellent 'good cop' to his bosses 'bad cop'.. I'd also like to point out that for the full 3 hours i was in the dealership i had my three year old with me. Jeff Wyler lay on a fair amount of toys and games which kept her occupied. Juan was very accommodating about doing some of the paperwork with ,me in the child's play area!! More

Tremendous service and understanding From the get go Lakin Hatton was very courteous, I am a former marine and am used to car dealerships near military bases always trying to take advanta From the get go Lakin Hatton was very courteous, I am a former marine and am used to car dealerships near military bases always trying to take advantage of clients, so needless to say I was skeptical. I took a new job that requires a lot of driving so I wanted a car that got better mileage than my 2012 impala did, Lakin showed me the 2015 prius' that I was inquiring about. After we found the one I wanted and started the paper work I received a troubling phone call, basically there had been a mistake with the figures I was using to base the deal off of on my end. I immediately called Lakin before he put any more effort into the deal. After I explained the situation both he and Derwin Hunt spoke to me, and were very understanding as I kept apologizing for my mistake, I felt very embarrassed from my error. But they were actually able to make an astronomical deal that I never thought we could've made. We finished the deal and I thanked both of them for all of their help, (something I've never previously done to employees at a car dealership) and left the lot with no buyers remorse or feeling as I had been bamboozled as I have felt in the past. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. More

Overall very satisfied Dealt with Chris Hill purchasing our new Toyota Highlander. He was very friendly, laid back, and not pushy in the least. Of course there was haggling and negotiating but he was great. The other guy (won't mention names) was almost to the point of being rude when negotiating. I understand the game, but it nearly pushed me away from the deal as I am a straight shooter and the same deal could have been made without extra hassle. Overall, very satisfied and pleased with the purchase and extremely happy to deal with Chris and would do so again. Therefore, my rating is based just on my dealings with Chris and not "the other guy" More
